The personal data protection system is based on the Federal Constitution, under which the right of privacy and intimacy, and the right for secrecy of communications, are fundamental rights. These rights authorise individuals to adopt measures to enforce the protection of their personal information. Therefore, indemnification can be claimed to compensate damages caused by violation of these rights.

Personal information about our passengers offered by them will be included in an authomatic file to check or provide service to the customers (sell services, tickets, transfers or accomodation). These information will be used only for these bookings and they will not be sent to any other company different than Rio Paradise Tour and its group of DMC in another countries. 

The customer allows RIO PARADISE TOUR, or any of the Group Companies, to use these information to send offers or brochures or mail marketing through e-mail, telephone or any other way to inform them about new promotions or offers for future trips.

According to Personal Information Law, 15/1999, 13th December, RIO PARADISE TOUR will inform the customer that they may reject the personal information for being use for marketing purpose and being only used for their bookings or services.

RIO PARADISE TOUR, DMC in Rio de Janeiro, is a legal "Operadora de Turismo, transporte e Viagem" (Tour Operator, Transportation company and DMC) from the State of Rio de Janeiro and any request will be solved in the maximun time of 15 days. In case of no acceptance by the customer, under the Rio de Janeiro Federal Laws, recommends to visit the DEAT (Special Police Department for tourism) where to find English and Spanish Speaking policemen that can help in your needs:
