CONVENTION IN SAO PAULO 3 Days / 2 Nights
INTRODUCTION
Have you thought which can be your next choice for your Convention trip? In Sao Paulo, we warmly welcome you and will welcome you in our best hotels of the city, with Convention halls of high capacity of participating and countless resources for its exhibitions.
DAY 1.- Arrival Sao Paulo
Meeting at Sao Paulo Airport or Tiéte by our staff (Guarulhos, Congonhas or bus stop at Tiéte). Our staff will be dressed with the logo of the Convention. At the meeting point, the luggage will be marked with your room number and our staff will take to our transportation to transfer to the hotel. Arrival at the hotel and go to our booth to get the badge and the room card. Also, the information about the Convention will be offered to you by our staff.
Your luggage wil be sent directly to your room and free time till welcome dinner.
At 20.00 hours, welcome cocktail at a meeting point and at 20.30 hrs. the dinner will start with an introducing speech by one of the Convention members. Lights, tables and candles for your convention. Served dinner or Buffet available.
At 22.30 Meeting pub at a selected room at the hotel for juices, caipirinha and cocktails. This will help the Convention members to meet each other. Accomodation

DAY 2.- Sao Paulo
08.00 hr. Breakfast at the hotel buffet with separate confirmed space for the group or Special private room for the group.
09.00 hr. Convention Starts at a selected room according to the number of people. Our staff will be welcoming at the front of the door with badges and will remain during the whole convention. Coffee and juices insie the convention area or in a close room outside. The waiters will be refilling coffee, juices and snacks.
AV included 2nd day: Flip Charts, Microphones, Lights, Projector, Translators cabins and technical Assistance staff
13.00 hr. Lunch time at the hotel restaurant or in a private area for the group. Usually, we recommend a buffet for a faster meal. It will be prepared 15 minutes before finishing the morning working time.
14.00 hr - 16.00. The Convention will continue in small rooms with groups with a central coffee and juices area. A booth with our staff will be next to these rooms. Presents or information, will be prepared for the end of the Convention.
19.00 hr. Our buses, luxury cars and Vans will be arriving to the hotel for a Special Convention Dinner.
19.30 hr. Our transportation will be leaving the hotel for a local restaurant. We may choose between Rodizio, Churrascaria, International Cuisine for the group. We will offer a microphone and a special decoration for last dinner.
22.00 hr. Our transportation will be leaving the restaurant or the meeting area for returning hotel. Our staff will be at the hotel for offering information about flights, transfers or general information about Sao Paulo.
DAY 3.- Sao Paulo - Departure Sao Paulo
07.00 hr - 10.30 - Breakfast at the hotel buffet with a private area for the group for inmediate sitting. Free time till departure of transfer to airport. The transfer will be offered in Vans or Coaches. Also executive cars will be ready for transfers. End of services.
REMARKS
Every convention is different, so, if you want to get a special quotation for your event, it is important to have as many information as it will be possible to have.
Due to Brazilian law, some events have to be informed to the authorities. Some Venues have also to be asked to the Government if we would like to use special buildings with the group for dinners or events.
